Antero Guerra

Antero Guerra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and food safety across various roles in the food industry. Currently serving as Quality Regional Manager EMEA at Frulact since November 2015, Antero has previously held positions such as Operations Quality & Food Safety Manager and Plant Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Antero operated as an independent consultant at Egisolução Lda., focusing on the implementation of quality management systems and food safety. Additional expertise includes a role as a technical consultant for HACCP at Saniguarda Lda. and production management at Casa da Prisca. Antero's educational background includes a degree in Animal Science from Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, alongside advanced studies in quality, environment, safety, and social responsibility at Instituto Politécnico da Guarda. Antero is also certified as an ISO 9001:2008 lead auditor and has completed postgraduate studies in quality management and food safety.
