Walter Pozzi has over 20 years of work experience in the food industry. Walter most recently worked as the Head of Starter Cultures at Frutarom Savory Solutions GmbH since November 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Sales Manager Meat Central Europe at DuPont Nutrition & Health from February 2015 to November 2019. Walter also served as the R&D Manager and Head of Product Development at arotop food & environment from May 2011 to January 2015, and as the Technical Director at MMIS INC. from May 2006 to January 2011. Walter started their career at Danisco in October 1998, where they worked as the Business Development Manager Europe Meat until March 2006.
Walter Pozzi pursued their education in the field of Lebensmitteltechnologie und -bearbeitung (Food Technology and Processing). Walter attended Universität of applied sciences Berlin from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Diplom degree. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they studied at Technikerschule Berlin and obtained the degree of Staatlich geprüfter Lebensmitteltechniker Fachrichtung Fleischereitechnik (State-certified Food Technologist specializing in Butchery Technology). Unfortunately, the field of study for this particular degree is unknown.
