William Vega has a diverse work experience spanning over various roles and industries. William started their career in 2000 as a Computer-Aided Drafter at Converse Surveying, where they worked for a year. In 2002, they served as a Computer-Aided Drafting Tutor at COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY for a year.
In 2004, William joined Pittsburgh Electric Engines Inc. as a Lead Computer-Aided Designer and Equipment Inspector, where they worked for two years.
In 2010, William joined FS-Elliott Co., LLC, where they held multiple roles. William began as a Project Manager for six years. Later, they transitioned to the position of Project Engineer III - Lead, where they worked for ten years. In February 2020, they assumed the role of Application Engineer, which they currently hold.
William Vega began their education in 2000 at the Community College of Allegheny County, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design. During the same period, they also earned another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD. William then furthered their education at Penn State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electromechanical Engineering and an additional Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
