Ania Mikson

Ania Mikson serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at FS Investments. In this role, she is responsible for all HR practices and policies at the firm and leads the firm’s efforts in the areas of organizational development, talent management and total rewards. Ms. Mikson received a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, an MBA with a concentration in finance from Villanova University, and an MSOD from the University of Pennsylvania.
