Marc Bryant

Marc Bryant serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer at FS Investments. In this role, he oversees all legal and compliance functions across the firm. Mr. Bryant brings deep legal expertise in the financial services industry and most recently served at Fidelity Investments in Boston as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Head of Asset Management Legal. He also served as Chief Legal Officer for various Fidelity investment advisers.
