Jesse Heath-Rawlings

Jesse Heath-Rawlings is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in pension policy and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Pension Policy at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) since January 2020, Jesse also held positions as Senior Policy and Technical Lead. Prior to FSRA, Jesse was an Associate Lawyer in the Pension and Benefits Department at Koskie Minsky LLP from September 2015 to December 2019, where earlier roles included Articling Student and Summer Student from 2013 to 2015. Jesse's foundational legal experience began with a summer student role at Downtown Legal Services and at East Toronto Community Legal Services. Academically, Jesse earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in History with minors in Psychology and Forest Conservation Science from the same institution.
