Jim Ley

Jim Ley is an experienced construction operations professional with a career spanning over three decades in the electrical construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Operations and Director of Preconstruction at Facility Solutions Group since September 2020, Jim previously held the role of Senior Operations Manager at Wachter, Inc. from February 2017 to June 2020, overseeing nationwide electric services. Prior to this, Jim was a Project Manager at Pro Circuit Incorporated, where responsibilities included project management and estimating in electrical commercial construction. Jim's earlier tenure at Wachter, Inc. from May 1993 to February 2009 involved roles as a licensed electrician, foreman, account manager, and project manager. Jim holds a degree as a Licensed Electrician in Electrical Construction from Associated Builders and Contractors.
