Jennifer Wilson is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and sales. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as a Customer Service Manager at FST Logistics since January 2008, Jennifer has demonstrated a commitment to client satisfaction. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Safe Auto Insurance Co from January 1996 to September 2007, where roles included Sales and Commission Sales Associate, with a focus on helping drivers in five states maintain legal driving status and supporting customer inquiries regarding coverage and policy satisfaction. Jennifer holds a High School Diploma from Grove City High School, earned in 1991.
