Janet Pryor

Janet Pryor has extensive experience in benefits management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Benefits for the Americas at FTI Consulting since November 2015. Prior roles include Senior Benefits Professional/Global Benefits Manager in the Washington, D.C. Area and Manager of Benefit Programs at General Dynamics from 2003 to 2015. Notable achievements include establishing a global benefits strategy that generated significant cost savings, managing strategic design and administration of benefit programs for thousands of employees, and leading integration teams during corporate mergers. Janet holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Towson University.
