Katie Silverston

Katie Silverston currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Development Operations at FTI Consulting since October 2023. Previously, Katie built a substantial career at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), starting in November 2010 and advancing through various roles to become Consulting Team Talent Director. In this capacity, Katie managed the complete employment experience for consulting staff, focusing on professional development, business needs, and collaborative strategies with finance, operations, and learning teams. Katie has a comprehensive educational background, holding an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and degrees in Management and Marketing from Georgia Institute of Technology.
