Luke Schaeffer

Luke Schaeffer serves as the Global Leader of Strategy & Transformation at FTI Consulting, driving the scaling of this business across industry and functional practices since March 2003. Previously, Schaeffer held the role of Senior Managing Director, TMT Global Leader, overseeing FTI's Telecom, Media, and Technology practice with a focus on strategy, merger integration, business transformation, interim management, due diligence, and restructuring. Schaeffer co-led FTI Delta, a specialized strategy consulting practice, from October 2023 to November 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Managing Director, Transformation and Industries Leader – Americas at FTI Consulting, Inc., and co-founding West Lake Partners. Earlier roles encompass positions at JH Whitney Investment Management, One Liberty Ventures, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Schaeffer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and German from Middlebury College.
