Jazz Smith-Khaira is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advancing children's rights and sustainability within global supply chains. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Impact at The Centre for Child Rights and Business, Jazz leads initiatives that promote sustainable business practices in line with child rights and human rights due diligence. Previously, Jazz held the role of Programme Specialist for Child Labour and Responsible Business Conduct at UNICEF, driving collaborative efforts to address child labour in various sectors. A background in corporate sustainability is highlighted through roles at VF Corporation, where Jazz was instrumental in developing wellbeing programs for workers in diverse regions, and at Context Group, where strategic consulting for major multinationals on sustainability was key.
