Sharoda Rapeti

Sharoda Rapeti joined Delta Partners in January 2018, as a non-executive partner based in the Johannesburg office. Sharoda has three decades of experience in the electronics, broadcasting and telecommunications sectors. She advises selected blue chip TMT clients as well as public sector clients.

Prior to joining Delta Partners, Sharoda was a Director at Deloitte for seven years where she joined Deloitte to establish the TMT advisory services business. She also held leadership roles in MTN and the SABC.

She remains passionate about the impact of digital on economic growth opportunities and was formerly the vice president of the Engineering Council of South Africa and Non-Executive Director on the board of Mercantile Bank.

Sharoda holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and specialised continued studies on Next Generation Networks, Digital Media Head-End and Mobile Broadcasting through the University of the Witwatersrand. She also passed her MBA cum laude through the University of Cardiff.
