Bill Bowser

Bill Bowser is the President and Managing Director of Bowser & Associates, LLC, where specialized engagements in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Turn-Arounds, Strategic Planning, and Executive Mentoring have been a focus since May 2011. Bill Bowser serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for Frontier Technology, Inc., a position held since January 2015, while also being a Principal at Deep Water Point since October 2016. Prior leadership roles include Executive Vice President at ManTech and TranTech, Inc., as well as President and Owner of Dayton Information Consulting Group. Bill Bowser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business.
