Tim Hinds

Tim Hinds is an experienced human resources leader with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Facilities, and Real Estate at Frontier Technology since October 2018, Tim has held significant roles at General Dynamics Information Technology and TeleTech, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development for large, diverse workforces. Notable achievements include managing HR organizations with substantial budgets and staff, leading the hiring of 48,000 employees at a low cost-per-hire, and transforming talent management practices in the Philippines. Tim’s education includes a degree from Jacksonville State University.
