Romain Lantourne

Romain Lantourne is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in restructuring, trust, distressed M&A, and litigation. Currently a Partner at FTPA since January 2015, Romain has previously held positions as Counsel and Associate at the same firm, specializing in M&A and corporate law. Prior experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at Théron & Associés, focusing on bankruptcy litigation, and internships at SCP VALLIOT - LE GUERNEVE - ABITBOL and Weil Gotshal and Manges, where Romain gained insights into judicial administration and business finance, respectively. Romain's educational background includes a degree from Ecole de Formation des Barreaux de la Cour d'appel de Paris and a Master’s in Business & Tax Law from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
