William Covert

William Covert is an experienced Sr. Cost Analyst with a strong background in providing cost analysis support for spacecraft and payload acquisitions. Currently employed at FTS International, LLC since August 2018, William continues to support a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Program Office. Prior experience includes a decade at KDM Systems, Inc. and four years at MCR Federal, where William also focused on supporting NRO initiatives and classified space programs. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
