Shara Birchfield

Shara Birchfield began their work experience in 2005 at PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company, starting as a Salesperson and later becoming a Shift Manager. In 2011, they joined McCormick & Company and held various roles such as Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager, LoFT Team Manager, Flavors Department Manager, and Spice Fill South Department Manager. In 2021, they moved to Fuchs North America as the Director of Operations.

Shara Birchfield completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech from 2004 to 2008.
