Timothy Silbaugh

Timothy Silbaugh is an experienced engineering and maintenance manager currently at Fuchs North America since March 2020. Previously, Timothy held various roles at McCormick & Company from September 2005 to July 2023, including project engineering, where responsibility included leading projects for the installation, controls, and capital management of automated systems and metal detector systems. In the role of engineering and maintenance manager, Timothy developed multiyear capital plans for manufacturing facilities and managed project engineers while monitoring project and departmental budgets. Timothy earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University between 1999 and 2003.
