Zachary Spain has extensive experience in demand generation and sales operations. Zachary has held the position of Director of Demand Generation & Sales Operations at FuelK12, Growth Acceleration Services, and Fuel Sales Academy since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance reporter and writer for various print and digital media outlets, where they showcased their skills in on-deadline writing, reporting, and communication. From 2018 to 2020, Zachary worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at RFP360, where they managed marketing and sales systems and captured, analyzed, and reported on marketing and sales programs. Before that, they served as a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager at VeriShip, where they successfully implemented demand generation campaigns and developed lead engagement nurture programs. Zachary also gained experience in product marketing during their time at PeopleAdmin and Netchemia, where they owned product messaging and supported positioning for various products. In addition, they worked as a language arts teacher and student media adviser at Bishop Kenny High School, where they received accolades for their guidance in journalism and student newspaper production. Prior to that, they served as a staff writer and agate page designer at The Florida Times-Union.
Zachary Spain obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a concentration in English and Social Science, Interdisciplinary from Florida State University between 2001 and 2005. In 2010, they obtained a Florida Professional Educator's Certificate from Florida State College at Jacksonville. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bayside High School between 1998 and 2001. Zachary also holds various additional certifications in marketing, sales, education, and coaching.
