Ruth Ganzer

Ruth Ganzer has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ruth started their career as a Human Resources Staffing, Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Wesley Jessen in 1995. Ruth then worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CIBA Vision from 2000 to 2007, where they managed site reorganizations and implemented new policies and procedures. Ruth then joined CIBAVision (later renamed Alcon) as a Senior Human Resources Manager from 2008 to 2014, where they served as an employee relations advocate and investigated ethics/compliance issues. Ruth worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Sapphire3D, Inc. in 2014. Ruth then joined Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2015 to 2017, where they partnered with senior executives and management in various divisions. Currently, they are working as the Corporate Senior Manager Human Resources at Fuel Tech, Inc., providing advice and counsel to the management team and handling corporate compliance activities.

Ruth Ganzer holds a Master of Science degree in HR Management from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst University.
