Gokul Krishna has a strong background in frontend development, with experience in various companies and roles. Gokul is currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Fuel50 since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Finastra for five years, starting as a UI Developer in July 2015 and eventually advancing to the role of Senior UI Developer. During their time at Finastra, Gokul developed UI for banking products, utilizing Angular, HTML/CSS, Material, and Bootstrap. Gokul was also involved in technology planning, SCRUM preparations, ADA testing, financial security compliance, and unit testing. Before Finastra, Gokul worked at OMS Coders as a UI Developer, where they developed responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, ReactJs, and jQuery. Gokul also had responsibilities in graphic designing using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Their earliest role was as a Jr. Software Developer (UI/UX) at Ozerit Technologies, where they developed front ends for various applications using HTML5 and CSS3, with Java Spring as the backend. Additionally, Gokul designed and developed websites, as well as created graphical design materials using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Gokul Krishna completed their Higher Secondary education in Computer Science from St. Vincent EMHSS, Palai, from 2007 to 2009. Gokul then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Gokul Krishna has obtained various certifications. In August 2022, they obtained a certification titled "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" from LinkedIn. In September 2020, they earned the certification of "Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator" from IBM and also became an "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner." Furthermore, in July 2020, they acquired a certification in "Learning React.js" from LinkedIn.
