Lindsay Firth

Lindsay Firth is an accomplished professional in the field of product development and process improvement, currently serving as the Head of Innovation Laboratory at Fuerst Day Lawson since June 2018. Prior to this role, Lindsay held positions such as Technical Support Manager at Chr. Hansen A/S and Owner of L J Firth, focusing on new product development. Lindsay's extensive experience also includes serving as a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt Project Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where business process improvements were emphasized, and as New Product Development Manager at St. Ivel (Unigate, Uniq), specializing in the technical development of dairy products. Lindsay holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Marketing Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
