Christian Houborg

Christian Houborg is currently the Head of Site at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Denmark, leading a massive expansion process to triple drug substance capacity and establish Drug Product capabilities. Christian also serves as the Vice President of Product Supply at the same company. Previously, Christian held leadership roles at Biogen and Lundbeck, where Christian managed manufacturing, supply chain, and lean operations. Additionally, Christian was a Member of the Shingo Executive Advisory Board and has experience in consulting and project management. Christian holds a Master of Science degree in Planning and Management from DTU.
