Rose Todd has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rose is currently the Global Senior Director of Human Resources and Business Partner at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific since May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overall HR strategy and organizational development.

Prior to their current role, Rose Todd was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GE Healthcare from August 2020 to May 2022. Rose had full P&L accountability for GE Healthcare's West Region and played a key role in the HR and people strategy.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Par Pharmaceutical for a short period from June 2020 to August 2020.

Rose Todd had a long tenure at AmerisourceBergen Corporation, starting in 2001. Rose held multiple roles during their time at the company, including Senior Director of Human Resources for the Distribution Services business unit from 2012 to 2019. Rose also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2007 to 2012, and as a Regional Human Resources Director from 2001 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Rose Todd has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent management, change management, and workforce planning. Rose has led HR interventions and supported the alignment of business and HR strategies. Rose has managed large teams and supported thousands of employees across various organizations.

Rose has obtained various additional certifications, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from CPP, Inc. in August 2016, the Certified Executive Coach from Hudson Institute of Coaching in December 2015, the Executive Coach from Cambria Consulting, Inc. in 2012, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in December 2022, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in March 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in January 2019. Rose also has certifications in career development and facilitation and coaching, and has expertise in various areas such as DiSC, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, managing organizational/individual transition, social styles, and 360 feedback facilitation and coaching.
