Swetha Uppalapati

Swetha Uppalapati is a highly experienced professional in the field of quality control and research and development. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific since September 2022, Swetha previously worked as a Senior Associate Scientist at International Flavors & Fragrances, where analytical work was led for R&D projects focused on new generation advanced strains. Prior to that, Swetha held the position of Senior Associate Investigator at DuPont, overseeing similar analytical R&D projects and demonstrating expertise in generating high-quality data. Earlier roles included Associate Investigator, specializing in enzymology and biochemistry, and Research Assistant at Thomas Jefferson University. Swetha holds a Master of Science degree in Microbiology from Jefferson Health and an MSc in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Andhra University.
