Janel Mckinney

Janel McKinney's work experience begins in 2014 as a Customer Service Associate and Beauty Advisor at Walgreens. In this role, they gained excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills by assisting customers, working with other employees, promoting store offers, and memorizing product information. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Brand Ambassador as an independent contractor. In 2017, they became an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery and then transitioned to being an Assistant Scientist in the Cell Lab at PPD until 2019. Currently, they are working at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics as a Quality Control Analyst III.

Janel McKinney attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Genetics. Throughout their time there, Janel focused their studies on the fields of Human/Medical Genetics and Animal Genetics.
