Paulette Fletcher

Paulette Fletcher possesses extensive experience in operations and franchise support, currently serving as the Director of Operations at FujiSan Franchising Corp. since April 2014, with previous roles as Sr. Franchise Support Manager and Franchise Support Manager. Prior to this, Paulette contributed to Chipotle Mexican Grill from January 2004 to June 2013 in various capacities, including Regional Training and Language Development Consultant and Culture and Language Consultant. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Manager at Baker Bros. American Deli from February 2002 to January 2004. Paulette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of North Texas.
