Nicholas Fraser

Nicholas Fraser is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic growth and corporate development. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Officer, EVP of Strategic Growth & Investments at Fujitsu since February 2020, Nicholas Fraser leads M&A transactions and growth initiatives to enhance Fujitsu's global presence. In previous roles, Nicholas Fraser held significant positions at McKinsey & Company and Accenture, overseeing acquisitions and partnerships across Asia Pacific. Nicholas Fraser is the founder of Prism Information Technology Services in Vietnam, and has also served as CFO for News Outdoor Asia and Managing Director at several organizations. Nicholas Fraser's educational background includes a Bachelor in Business, Banking & Finance from Monash University and participation in the Graduate Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
