Stephen Henson

Stephen Henson serves as the Head of Cybersecurity & Innovation at Fujitsu America, managing a team responsible for operational cybersecurity, Security Operations Center functions, incident response, and identity management. With a focus on the evaluation and development of security controls to address evolving threats, Stephen leads initiatives in event correlation, active monitoring, and trend analysis. Previously, during a decade-long tenure as Director of Information Technology at Concentra, Stephen collaborated with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure services and oversaw IT operations projects centered on security processes. Additionally, Stephen held the position of Director of Information Technology at CompUSA for ten years. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts and Applied Science in Information Technology from Texas A&M University-Commerce, along with an associate's degree from Collin College.
