Finn Connor is currently serving as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant at Max-Planck-Gymnasium in Düsseldorf, Germany, focusing on English language instruction and cultural exchange through theater. Previous roles include a research assistant position with Washington and Lee University, contributing to a project that bridged incarcerated and non-incarcerated students, and work with PROJECT HORIZON INC, emphasizing gender-inclusive practices for LGBTQ+ survivors of domestic violence. Finn also held positions in various research capacities, including the LGBTQ+ Accuracy Lab at Washington and Lee University, and interned with U.S. Federal Courts, directing a re-entry program for formerly incarcerated individuals. Finn's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive & Behavioral Science and Theater, along with study abroad programs in Berlin, Dublin, and additional experiential learning in humanitarian support for refugees.
