Currently serving as a Technical Writer at Fulcrum Concepts LLC since January 2022, Matt specializes in creating and editing operating manuals and technical documentation, utilizing XML for S1000D compliance. Previous roles include Product Lifecycle Management Training Coordinator at Johnson & Johnson, where expertise was provided in training and process change management, and Quality Engineer II at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc., leading large-scale document migrations.
