Paul Sheridan

Paul Sheridan is a seasoned Global Programme Management Executive with extensive experience in leading large-scale SAP solutions and transformation programmes across various industries. Currently at Fulcrum Global Technologies Inc. since October 2018, Paul serves as a Senior Programme Manager, collaborating closely with clients to ensure successful programme delivery and executive reporting. Previous roles include leadership positions at Legal & General, Norton Rose Fulbright, Hastings Direct, Allen & Overy, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., Sainsbury's, and Accenture, where Paul demonstrated expertise in programme oversight, budget management, and the implementation of complex IT systems. Paul holds an HND in Computing from Leeds Beckett University and has a foundational education from Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School.
