Richard Harris

Richard Harris has been working in the IT industry since 2005. Richard began their career as a Cashier/Computer repair at Sip N Surf Internet Cafe. After that, they moved on to Plastipak Packaging, Inc. as a General on site IT. In 2008, they joined DOF Subsea as a Network Support Technician. In 2014, they joined Ellucian as a Sr. Systems Administrator and worked there until 2021 when they became a Managed Services Engineer at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, LLC.

Richard Harris attended University of Houston from 2013 to 2014, studying Computer Information Systems. Richard also attended Lee College from 2003 to 2005, studying Information Technology. Richard obtained four certifications from Duo Security and Tanium in 2023, including Certified Duo Help Desk Administrator, Duo Device Trust, Level One Administrator, and Tanium Certified Operator.
