Tom has previously held the positions of CFO and COO at Metaverse Corporation from June 2008 to June 2012, Division Manager at Sobieski Mechanical & Fire Protection from November 2005 to June 2008, and Financial Analyst at Hewlett-Packard from January 2000 to December 2002. Tom has a wealth of experience in financial reporting, M&A review, purchase management, HR, benefits administration, and operations management. Tom is a skilled leader and communicator, with a proven track record in training and developing staff, resolving customer satisfaction issues, and delivering process improvements.

Tom Novellino has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Widener University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Rowan University, both in finance.
