Allison Thibault

Allison Thibault is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in academic support and coaching. Currently serving as the Color Guard Coach at Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School and in multiple roles at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Allison has developed and implemented online bridge programs for first-year students, promoting student success and engagement among diverse populations. Previous experience includes positions as a Post-Secondary Success Advisor, Color Guard Instructor, and administrative roles that showcase strong organizational and leadership skills. Allison holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Distributed Sciences from the University of Wyoming.
