Elizabeth Mares

Elizabeth Mares is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in nonprofit management and program development. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the Fulfillment Fund Las Vegas since December 2013, Elizabeth focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Previously, Elizabeth held various roles at Fulfillment Fund, including Strategic Projects Coordinator and Digital Program Associate, where responsibilities ranged from staff onboarding to creating online educational content. Other experience includes serving as a Program Officer at the Nevada State Treasurer's Office, managing a significant scholarship fund, and coordinating professional development programs at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from UNLV and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University. Additionally, a recent fellowship with the Surge Institute provided in-depth training in executive skills and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
