Jen Ocampo

Jen Ocampo is a finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in the public, private, and international sectors and consulting. Her practice includes financial reporting and analysis, budgets and strategic planning, management of financial operations, business process re-engineering, system implementations, and talent management.

Early in her career, Jen worked for Barclays Global Investors and KPMG in San Francisco. She also worked for DLC, a boutique consulting firm specializing in finance and accounting. Her clients have included professional services firms, banks, start-ups, and non-profit organizations. Previously, Jen was also Regional Vice President of Finance at Bowne, a publicly traded and international financial and business communications company. Her oversight covered financial reporting and financial operations responsibilities for business units across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. Most recently, Jen was Managing Director of Finance at Allen Matkins, a California based law firm.

Jen earned her B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Her volunteer work has focused on educational organizations, serving as a mentor with various programs, including Spark and Minds Matter.
