Roger Plahay

Roger Plahay currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Full Fibre Limited since December 2020. Previously, Roger held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Progresif from December 2015 to March 2019, where significant revenue growth and cost reduction were achieved following a post-bankruptcy transformation. Roger also acted as Chief Executive Officer during this tenure, leading efficiency improvements and reducing costs. Prior experiences include Managing Director at Sandler Training, Corporate Director of Finance at Teleplan International, and various senior finance roles at Vodafone Group, supporting global revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Roger began a career in finance as an Audit Senior at BDO Stoy Hayward after earning a BSc in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the London School of Economics, and furthered education with programs at Oxford University and Alliance Manchester Business School.
