Rana Blair

Rana Blair has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1995 as an Accounting Assistant at the Crocker Art Museum Association. From 1996 to 2001, they served as an Accounting Manager at Nordic Information Systems, Inc. In 2001, they became the Principal of Finance and Operations at ECOM Engineering, Inc., where they gained experience in leading the Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations functions. Rana then joined Full Sail Partners in 2013 as a Principal Consultant, working closely with Finance and Production organizations for various clients. Rana'sresponsibilities included resource planning implementation, revenue recognition implementation, software implementation, accounting process improvement, and Vision feature implementation. In 2019, Rana worked as a Business Systems Consultant at Management for Design before their employment ended in 2020.

Rana Blair obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In addition, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2015.
