John David Baltazar

John David Baltazar is a Senior Software Engineer at Full Scale since February 2020, with prior experience as a Full Stack Developer at CoDev from April 2017 to February 2020 and as an Advance Programming Specialist at IBM from September 2013 to April 2017. John also worked briefly as a System Developer at the University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College in May 2011. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines, which was completed in April 2013.
