Prior to this role, Mercy served as a Software Test Engineer at NCR Corporation from October 2009 to May 2021 and worked as a Technical Support Staff at Lexmark under Nozomi Fortune Services Inc from February 2006 to August 2009. Mercy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, graduating in 2001.
