Brett Todd

Brett Todd is a seasoned professional in systems engineering and project management with over 26 years of experience in product development within regulated environments. Currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering at Full Spectrum since December 2020, Brett excels in collaborating with clients to successfully launch compliant products. Previously, as the Director of the Program Management Office at Baxter International Inc. from March 2001 to December 2020, Brett led multimillion-dollar programs, managed cross-functional teams, and achieved significant milestones including 510(k) submissions and CE mark approvals for medical devices. Earlier career roles include Systems Engineer and Software Engineer, where Brett developed product requirements, managed technical risks, and enhanced software solutions. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
