Joseph Burks has extensive experience in production and sourcing within the apparel industry. Currently a Sourcing Lead at FULLBEAUTY Brands since October 2020, Joseph previously held roles at G-III Apparel Group, Bonobos, and Madewell, where responsibilities included managing production teams, achieving margin goals, and ensuring timely delivery of products across various categories. Joseph's earlier experience at Polo Ralph Lauren involved managing denim production for multiple brands and engaging directly with factories internationally. Joseph began their career at Steve & Barry's, where involvement in the SAP implementation team highlighted leadership capabilities. Joseph holds a B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University.
