Kristy Wheeler

Kristy Wheeler has over 16 years of work experience in various HR roles. Kristy currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Fullers360 since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of HR at Fullers360 from June 2020 to November 2021. In addition, Kristy has worked as an HR Manager (fixed term) at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited in 2020 and as an HR Business Partner at AIA NZ in 2019. Kristy also has experience as an HR Business Partner at New Zealand Post, where they worked from 2016 to 2019 and held the roles of HR Business Partner, Network Transformation and HR Business Partner (fixed term). In 2016, Kristy worked as the Learning and Capability Manager (fixed term) at Emerge Aotearoa. Prior to that, they were the Manager of People and Culture at Canon New Zealand Limited from 2014 to 2016. Kristy also has experience at New Zealand Post as a Change Manager - Network of the Future, HR Business Partner - Operations, and HR Consultant - Store Network from 2010 to 2014. Kristy started their career as an HR Advisor at Express Couriers in 2007 and worked as a Recruitment Specialist at SnapHire from 2005 to 2007.

Kristy Wheeler attended Westlake Girls High School from 1995 to 1999. Kristy later pursued a Post Grad Dip Bus with a major in HR at Massey University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Massey University.
