Karen Soon

Karen Soon has a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. With a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institution, Karen has held various roles in HR, starting as a Senior Executive at SMRT Corporation Ltd and currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Fullerton Financial Holdings. Prior to their current position, Karen worked as a Section Manager at Scoot and Assistant Manager at EMAS GROUP, gaining experience in Compensation and Benefits roles. Karen also held the position of Senior Human Resource Generalist at Rockwell Collins.
