Kelly Chin

Kelly Chin has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Kelly is currently working as the Director of Human Capital at Fullerton Fund Management since December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at MUFG for ten years, starting as a Senior HR Business Partner and eventually becoming the Vice President of Global Human Resources - Asia. At MUFG, they partnered with business leaders to achieve business goals and manage the human capital agenda. Before joining MUFG, they worked at Noble Group as a Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2011 and at Mizuho as a Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2010. Kelly Chin also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at NKF Singapore as a Senior HR Executive from 2003 to 2004. Kelly began their career at OCBC Bank as a Senior HR Officer, where they assisted with recruitment, administered expatriate benefits, and supported HR administration functions. Kelly also worked as an HR Executive at Pacific Internet.

Kelly Chin holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Manchester.
