Lynn Tay

Lynn Tay has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Lynn currently holds the position of Vice President Group Legal and Corporate Secretary at Fullerton Health. Prior to this, Lynn worked as Vice President at Frasers Property Limited from 2015 to 2021. Lynn has also held positions such as Regional Legal Counsel at NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd in 2014 and Legal Counsel at MOH Holdings from 2012 to 2014. Lynn started their career as an Associate at Bih Li & Lee in 2009 and later joined WongPartnership LLP as an Associate from 2007 to 2009.

Lynn Tay attended the National University of Singapore from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Second Upper Honours degree in Law. In 2006, they participated in a student exchange program at the East China University of Political Science and Law, studying Law for a brief period.
