Patrick Yong, ACCA, CA, currently serves as Finance Manager at Fullerton Health since June 2021, overseeing a comprehensive range of financial functions and reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities include financial planning management, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, data analysis, finance process improvements, and managing audit and tax-related matters. Previously, Patrick held the position of Finance Manager at Global Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd, where cash flow management and financial modeling were key focuses. Earlier roles included Assistant Manager and Audit Senior at BDO LLP Singapore, where client relationship management and audit strategy development were essential, along with significant audit experience in various industries. Patrick began their career as Audit Senior at Crowe Horwath Malaysia after obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology and is currently pursuing ACCA qualifications.
