Paul Deines

Paul Deines has extensive experience in human resources, particularly within school districts. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Fullerton School District since October 2020, Paul Deines oversees the administration of human resource systems for classified employees and manages accommodation processes. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Classified Human Resources, where responsibilities included directing services in alignment with Personnel Commission guidelines. Earlier experiences include roles as Personnel Analyst at Downey Unified School District, where Paul developed recruitment procedures, and Selection Analyst at CODESP, focusing on employee selection assessments and training content development. Paul holds an MBA in Business Administration, a BA in Psychology and Philosophy, and is nearing completion of an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at California State University-San Bernardino.
